These terms govern your use of www.securitise.uk. By using the website you accept them. They do not govern the services we provide to customers, which are covered by our Master Services Agreement and related documents.

1. Who we are

1.1 This website is operated by Securitise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14518317, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Our VAT number is GB454845662. Securitise and MSSP Consulting are trading names of Securitise Limited.

1.2 You can contact us using the enquiry form. Questions about personal data can be sent to privacy@securitise.uk.

2. Using the website

2.1 The website is intended for businesses and professional users in the United Kingdom. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from interruption.

2.2 You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, the server on which it is hosted or any connected system; introducing viruses or other harmful material; carrying out denial-of-service or similar attacks; scraping or harvesting content or data by automated means; or submitting false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms. We may report misuse to the relevant authorities.

2.3 Security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability in the website are asked to report it to us responsibly at privacy@securitise.uk, as published in our security.txt file, and not to access, alter or disclose data.

3. Client document library

3.1 Access to the client document library is limited to authorised contacts of our customers. Access codes are personal and must not be shared. Documents in the library are confidential and are provided for use in connection with your organisation’s agreement with us only.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 We, or our licensors, own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design. You may view and print pages for your own business reference, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

4.2 Securitise and our logo are our trade marks. Other names and marks shown on the website, such as Microsoft, belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement.

5. Information on the website

5.1 Content on the website, including articles and answers to frequently asked questions, is general information about IT and cyber security. It is not professional advice for your specific circumstances and you should not rely on it as such. Although we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete or current.

5.2 Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance. Any services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Links to other websites

6.1 Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. We have no control over those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

7. Our liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we will not be liable to any user, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.

7.3 We take reasonable steps to keep the website secure, but we do not guarantee that it is free from viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for using your own virus protection and security measures.
